Reliable Construction

The facility has a block with modular design with unidirectional flow of the material. The construction of building is duly R.C.C structure and floor in production QC and QA area is covered with epoxy coating and coving. All the areas are designated to prevent possible mix-ups and to facilitate an orderly flow of men and materials.

Great Accessibility

Flush doors of hollow aluminium bars with glass panel are used. The process rooms are equipped with large view windows. There is ground floor for the Production block. A dedicated AHU has been provided for the each area. The utility service is located in the ground and first floor. The compressed air, steam line, etc. have been provided in ground floor.

Purifies Water

The purified water system for the plant is located on the service floor. Purified water generation with RO system, water D.M. plant are housed and the area having tiled floor. The Purified water is monitored continuously for its conductivity, pH & compliance of the tests as per pharmacopoeia.

Spacious

Interior design of each module allows adequate space for the conducting of operation within their specifically defined areas, the walls have P.U. paint. Adequate ceiling height is provided in all areas depending on the equipment. False ceiling with smooth plaster finish & P.U. painted.

Purifies Air

The air handling unit (AHU) system is totally separate and dedicated. Within each module, different AHUs are provided depending upon the criticality of operations. The core processing and Microbiology lab areas are designed as per class ISO 5 & 8 depending upon the criticality of operations. The HVAC having 4 stages of filtration i.e. 10µ, 5µ, 3µ & 0.3µ HEPA filters.

Strong Management

All the process equipment required for dispensing, and packaging are provided in the manufacturing facilities. Equipment, instruments, systems are designed, procured and installed as per the specific requirements of department and or the area of operation. All the process equipment meets the cGMP requirements. The equipments are designed to facilitate easy and effective cleaning.
