Process Validation
As a policy of the company, all processes are validated before the start of commercial production. Any changes in a validated process are re-validated prior to switch over. Validation is carried out by a team consisting of quality assurance, production, maintenance and validation.
Production Operation
Based on the projection from the customer requirements, Production Department plans for the manufacturing of a batch. The Batch Production Record is issued for commencing the production. The Batch Production Record consists of a Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Batch Packaging Record (BPR).
